"The receiver (attacker) holds the armpit behind the tori (officer). Tori, while keeping his upper body slightly bent forward so as not to be lifted up, steps on the opponent's outstretched leg and, at the same time, removes the hand holding the opponent's and twists his upper body to the right or left, placing his elbow on the face or kasumi (temple point) of the opponent."
