We covered the following unarmed and keibō (police baton) techniques from the Japanese system:
- Kamae (stance)
- Kihon (basics)
- Sabaki (movement)
- Striking (atemi waza)
- Gyaku-waza & renkō-hō (locking)
- Ōyō (applications)
Great work and enthusiasm from everyone who attended including Stéphane and Hugues, who travelled to the seminar from Paris.
