Elbow pull / draw (ひじ寄せ Hiji-yose) & Body lowering (体沈め Tai Shizume)

(2) Elbow pull / draw (ひじ寄せ Hiji-yose)

The "tori" steps his left foot to the outside of the "uke"'s right foot.

He opens his body around the left foot.

He pushes the outside of the "uke"'s right arm with his left elbow to break away and escape.

(3) Body lowering (体沈め Tai Shizume)

He pulls his legs back and lowers his hips so that he cannot be picked up.

He makes fists with both hands and puts strength into both arms.

He swings his arms up to eye level in the opposite direction of the pulled leg to break away and escape.

(2)ひじ寄せ

「取」が左足を「受」
の右足先の外側に踏み出したところ。

左足先きを軸にして体を開いたところ。

左ひじで「受」の右腕の外側を押して切りはなし離脱する

(3) 体沈め
足を引き抱き上げられぬように腰を落したところ。

両手はこぶしを作り、両腕に力を入れたところ。

引いた足の反対方向に腕を強く目の高さに振り上げてこれを外し離脱する。
