"2nd Release
Release is a method of release when the opponent grabs you, holds you, or points a gun at you.
Uke grabs your wrist. Tori opens the fingers of the grabbed hand and puts pressure on the fingertips.
1) One-handed inner rotation. Outer rotation
● Inner rotation
Tori steps forward with his left foot and pulls his arm to his body.
Tori's hand should be on his own center line
Tori opens his body around his left foot and rotates Ai's hand inward.
Remove hands and release
● Outer rotation
Tori opens his right foot to the right and pulls his arm to his body.
Tori steps forward with his left foot and rotates Ai's hand outward.

第2離 脱
離脱は、相手につかまれたり、抱き付かれたり、あるいはけん銃を突き付けられた場合の離脱の方法である。
「受」は手首をつかむ。
「取」はつかまれた手の指を開き、指先に力を入れる。
1）片手内回し。外回し
●内回し
「取」は左足を踏み出し、腕を体側に引き付ける。
「取」の手は自己の中心線上にあること
「取」が左足を軸にして体を開き「愛」の手を内回しにしたところ。
手を外し離脱する
外回し
「取」が右足を右に開
き腕を体側に引き付けたところ。
「取」が左足を踏み出
し「愛」の手を外回しにしたところ
