"Get into a Facing stance (面の構 Men no kamae) (same as below)
From a front stance (imagine your opponent coming to your face with their (left) hand) make a tegatana (手刀 shuto) with both hands and take a big step forward with your left (right) foot, while facing your opponent with the outside of your left (right) forearm rubbing up the inside of your opponent's right (left) arm, and at the same time hit the opponent's face with your right (left) tegatana.
Stop the movement and return to the original position

正面の構えから(相手が(左)
手で顔面突してくるのを想
し)両手で手刀をつくり左(右)
足から大きく一歩前に踏み出すと共に左(右)手の前腕の外側で相手の右(左)腕を内側からすり上るようにしながら左(右)構となつて相手に面し、同時に右(左)手刀で相手の顔面を打つ。
動作を止めて元の位置にかえる
